Comments (1) Yesterday, on International Human Rights Day, Russian President Vladimir Putin endorsed Dmitri Medvedev as a replacement for him as president. An endorsement by Putin, of course, is a more important step towards becoming president that even winning the election (elections can be changed, Putin cannot). Read more »
